An award-winning and widely travelled chef, Chef Anderson is currently the Business Development Manager (Executive Chef/Airline Catering) at Snorre Food Pte Ltd. His love for food and cooking was developed through the various positions he held at notable establishments in Singapore including Raffles Hotel, Fig Leaf Restaurant, Le Papillon Restaurant and SATS Inflight Catering Kitchen.With a particular interest in reinterpreting the recipes of the East and West, Chef Anderson has authored and co-authored many cookbooks with his latest involvement as the Food Stylist for FIRESTARTER 33 years of igniting culinary passion by the Singapore Chefs Association 2017.His competitive spirit has seen him participating in and mentoring teams to take part in various prestigious international culinary competitions such as the 2016 WACS Global Chef Challenge held in Thessaloniki, Greece where he managed the team which achieved the 2nd runner-up position. He was also the team advisor and mentor for the Singapore National Culinary Team which was crowned overall champion in the 2016 IKA Culinary Olympics held in Erfurt, Germany.
