Chef Ho Chan Fei

Chef Ho Chan Fei’s background of French cooking techniques picked up from his time at SHATEC has led him to work at several popular international hotel chains and restaurants in his 20-year career such as Raffles Hotel, Grand Copthorne Waterfront, Shangri La Singapore, Orchard Hotel Singapore, Les Amis Restaurant Group, Fig Leaf Restaurant, which further exposed him to different cuisines, cooking styles and operations. He was invited by Millennium & Copthorne Hong Qiao Shanghai as Guest Chef for 2 consecutive years handling the Singapore Seafood Promotion during the Shanghai Expo. Chef Ho was also the key driving force for the opening team of One Farrer Hotel & Spa which he was involved in the development of the various menu concepts including Farrer Park Hospital’s dietary menus and pre-opening team for Accor Novotel & Mercure on Stevens.

Constantly pushing himself to greater heights, Chef Ho has participated in several culinary competitions including the participant in various individual & team events including Singapore Culinary National Team which won Best National Team & Overall Champion for FHA Singapore 2006. He is currently a World Association for Chefs Societies certified judge.
