Chef Louis Tay
With a culinary career spanning 34 years, Chef Louis Tay brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from various well-known hotel groups including Westin Stamford & Westin Plaza, Raffles Hotel, The Fullerton Hotel, The Tanglin Club and Swissôtel Merchant Court Singapore.Chef Louis has also won numerous awards, culinary medals and recognition from both local and internationally held competitions such as the renowned Food & Hotel Asia. In the prestigious Expogast 98 culinary world cup held in Luxembourg, he was part of the Singapore national culinary team that was crowned as world champion & subsequently overall 2nd best team in 2002.At the IKA Hoga Culinary Olympic competition (2016), Chef Louis coached and managed the team that made Olympic history by being the first Asian country to win both the Cold Display and Hot Cooking Categories.

His talent and culinary expertise saw him being invited to be in the panel of judges for Mediacorp’s Singapore Star Chef cooking show in 2007 and 2008. Chef Louis is an accredited judge A of the World Association for Chefs Societies and has been part of the judging jury for the competitions held in various parts of the world.
