A reative and versatile culinary explorer, Chef Phillip Lee is known for using a wide range of ingredients in various cuisines and is constantly improving his culinary techniques through innovation. Today, he is the Development Chef for Indoguna Pte Ltd and is responsible for product development and testing, menu planning and inspiring customers through his creativity and skills in handling raw, fresh and quality produce.

Chef Phillip has held many positions in renowned hotel chains and restaurants across his 36-year culinary career which include the Hyatt Group, Les Amis Group and as part of JQ Concept in Taiwan. Before joining Indoguna he started Bistro Duvin which served Western Fusion cuisine.
