With over 22 years of experience in the culinary world, Executive Chef Robert Chan specialises in Western cuisine and has managed the kitchens of various renowned food and beverage establishments ranging from Park Hotel Group, Swissotel Merchant Court, Pan Pacific Orchard, Hard Rock Café Singapore, L’Aigle d’Or as well as the Emerald Hill Group.

He is also experienced in setting up and developing creative concepts to revamp the restaurants. Not a stranger to culinary accolades, he was listed by UOB as one of the Top 20 Chefs in Singapore in 2009 and has been constantly featured in the press and media or his professional culinary expertise. Robert now leads the culinary team at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road, plans and oversees the operations of the hotel’s dining outlets and banquets.
