A chocolatier in the F&B industry for more than 28 years, Chef Chui Foong has apprenticed with highly regarded chocolatiers and connoisseurs in Europe. Her culinary career experience includes working at various 5-star Hotels, restaurants, pastry and chocolate shops in the world.
With numerous awards under her belt, she continues to craft exquisite works of art out of pastries and chocolates.
She has been conducting training and demonstrations for pastry and chocolate professionals since 1996 such as master classes, private training, promotions, and demonstrations in Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Sweden, America, Middle East, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
Chef Chui Foong is currently the Technical Chef (Executive Pastry Chef & Artisan Chocolatier) of Euraco Finefood Pte Ltd.
